We're currently looking to hire a full-time Affiliate Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for both helping optimize the success of an existing portfolio of affiliates and sourcing new affiliates to the network, all with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence.
GrabOn is a coupons and deals website that was launched a few months ago in a market that already has similar players. But, we take pride in announcing that the USP of GrabOn revolves around providing BEST and REAL coupons that work with a clean user interface. This has helped us increase the engagement levels as well as reach across India, and we have been into the elite 5 top players and soon get to the top 3 positions on all the major coupons and deals.
GrabOn has over 200 of Indias top merchants and continues to add many more that are either new to the ecommerce space or were missed by not having a chance to integrate with any affiliate network.

3+ years prior experience in Affiliate Marketing.
Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results.
Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills.
Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and team player).
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Results and goal oriented approach.
Proactive work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and collaborative START UP environment.
Proven ability to initiate, establish and nurture partner relationships over the phone and in person.
Hands on experience in SEO, PPC
What You Will Be Doing:
Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
Maintaining relationships with the current affiliates and pushing them to give exclusive coupons/deals
Monitoring affiliate promotions and coming up with ideas to get the best coupons/deals before it reaches competition
Should initiate new automation ideas to reduce the manual effort of Daily Affiliate Management
Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity
Maintaining on-going communication campaigns (search, Social & Paid)
Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
Keeping track of affiliate sales and invoicing in a timely manner
Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions
