Ideal person for the position will have exceptional communication skills, at
least 5 years of exposure to corporate sales and prior experience in leading a
sales team / handling branch/regional level sales unit. An MBA with excellent
networking skills will be a good fit. Knowledge of the social services sector
will be an added plus.
ASM will be responsible for his/her location target. The Manager will also
manage fundraising team and will be expected to meet aggressive targets.
The incumbent will be involved in the re/launch and entire run through of
the payroll giving programme in corporate organisations. S/he has to
coordinate with HO and local spoc for better planning/activity and ensure
healthy relationship with clients.
