As Business Development Associate you will be responsible for lead generation and appointment setting in the field of Mobile applications. You will be given a specific demography and target audience on a weekly/monthly basis to find and generate qualified leads.
You are a part of the Business Development Team and report to the Business Development Manager or Director of Sales.
Your responsibilities cover the full flow from cold calling to obtaining qualified leads and fixing an appointment with them for further discussion:
Ability to work alone on finding clients through online directories or professional networks.
Capable of introducing our company’s products, services and solutions to the client and engaging them in a conversation.
Obtain leads, screen these and endeavour to turn leads into qualified leads and fixing an appointment for further discussion.
Prepare a report on daily cold-calling activities and track them on CRM for prospective clients.
Willingness to work in US timings, until around India time
Desired Skills & Experience
2-3 years of proven experience in Cold Calling and/or email based lead generation and appointment setting
Commercial attitude and skills
Strong communication skills, both in writing and orally
Project management and consultative skills/approach
Speak and write English fluently
Know-how about IT services, Mobile applications, Enterprise solutions is a plus
Experience with internal/external clients
