Business Development Manager - Hyderabad

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following -  
  • Drive sales across various premium categories such as Restaurants & Cafes, Spa & Salons, Jewellers and other business verticals
  • Constantly work towards identifying new business verticals to sell the product 
  • Work independently to set up meetings with owners, marketing managers, and other decision makers
  • Participate in various networking events to build network and generate leads
  • Managing the CRM to keep track of all unqualified & qualified leads on a daily basis
  • On-boarding the customer on the NowFloats platform smoothly and swiftly
  • Work closely with technical and customer engagement teams to address any customer issues
  • Engage with customers on a regular basis to get product feedback and report the same to the management team in a timely manner


  1. Passion for selling
  2. Passion for meeting new people and learning about them
  3. Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills in English. Should be able to converse in Telugu & Hindi.
  4. Should be tech savvy and understand (and follow) technology
  5. Ability to work on your own and not be dependent on orders
  6. Ability to get things done, keeping in mind various resource constraints
  7. Having past sales experience is a must
  8. Open minded and willing to learn and take feedback
  9. Integrity (No compromises here)
  10. Burn the midnight oil. This is a startup and you are expected to work your socks off
