Business Development Manager / Regional Head

The Regional Head / BDM holds the revenue responsibility of a city? creating and monitoring operating plans for the city in coordination with the Sales Head.

 Some of your key Responsibilities:

 1. Sustaining and growing the regions revenue by new client acquisitions, renewing clients and identifying new business development opportunities in the city.

2.    2. Managing  end-to-end client relationships including cold calling, pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting.

3.   3. Networking with the builder community and representing the company at various B2B events, maintaining relations with media etc.

The nature of clients and the market response speak volumes about our product(s). The candidate should have outstanding skills in the areas of product sales, project management and a passion in sales.
