Role: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will oversee the entire creation and execution of Procialize’s marketing strategy over the next 3 years.
purpose is to introduce Procialize into Delhi market segments, primarily corporate, associations as well as event organizers. Build a team of sales people and manage operations.

1. Establish a sales strategy to reach our projected three year goal. This includes
a. Identifying the organization structure required to accomplish the challenging sales targets
2. Direct Sales: Manage key (existing) accounts to ensure significant YoY growth in business
3. Creation of a ‘Procialize Sales Manual’ which documents and automates the entire sales process.
