We are looking for a young & ambitious individual who thrives on uncertainty and would love to accelerate his professional development by being a founding member at a startup instead of filling out Excel sheets at a random BigCo. He/She should be comfortable working with the founder to set the growth strategy of the company and ready to wear many hats - some of the stuff that you can find yourself doing are

  • Thinking of ways to get more traffic, more conversions and more engaged users

  • Giving demos and gathering feedback from users that will be used to drive product development

  • Supporting customers over email

  • Tracking SEO performance

  • Running social media campaigns

  • Running digital marketing campaigns

  • Doing whatever it takes to keep our existing users engaged and bringing in new users

Of course we don’t expect to you know all (or any of it). You’ll learn it the best way - on the job by doing all these. You’ll get help from the founder and a couple of expert advisors and for the rest, you’ll fill in the blanks yourself. Some of the advantages of working at ClinchPad are
