Requirements

What you need to know:
- Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, Javascript, Tomcat, MVC, JBoss, OOPS, Java, LinQ, Application Block, Apache, ANT, HTML, XML/XSLT, SSL, TCIP 
- Design experience in Java. 
- Defining product architecture, hands on code contribution to core platform, mentor few programmers, and actively participate in hiring/expanding the Product/Tech team.
