Rolocule Games is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Specialist to take a leading role in driving digital marketing at Rolocule. A key role that involves successful planning and tactical execution through a broad range of appropriate business-to-business digital marketing channels—including online, mobile, social, email, digital ad, SEO, App Store SEO, Content marketing— to grow the business through increased awareness, lead generation, lead conversion and brand recognition. You will work directly with the Founders to build a digital strategy and execute it.




  • Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs
  • Drive and own all digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization. Including: paid search, keyword research, campaign management, landing page strategy, ad-group optimisation, google adwords and youtube marketing for reach and conversion to CPI.
  • Work with external companies that provide ad networks for mobile apps to increase eCPM targets.
  • Set-up acquisition, conversion and retention targets and take responsibility for their successful achievement
  • Create Social media awarness about the brand and products with key focus on content marketing.
  • Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence, segmentation, and campaigns based on historical performance
  • Drive results through defining and delivering digital marketing KPIs


  • Proven experience as digital marketing specialist  preferably with 1+ year experience in an online ad agency and/or 1+ year experience in mobile ad agency/mobile gaming company. 
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Advertising and related fields, masters a plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering a significant increase in traffic and sales through paid search engine marketing, and other performance marketing techniques in online and mobile space.
  • Proficiency using tools to track and report on response rates, traffic and pick up. Campaign management experience (i.e., Google ad words, SEM, email campaigns, mobile campaigns etc)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics
  • Ability to creatively create content strategy and execute it via blogs and other mediums.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and forums, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
