As an Interaction Designer based out of SocialTwist's Hyderabad office, you will be involved in building mockups for prospects/customers, infographics for marketing collaterals and user interface development including design conceptualization to final HTML/CSS for SocialTwist’s products. You will work to actively assist in improving the usability, usefulness and desirability of SocialTwist products in collaboration with Product Managers, the development team and other stakeholders.

You will assist Lead Interaction Designer with creating art assets and resources, work closely with the usability team members, product managers, development team and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, proof-of-concept mockups, demos and prototypes of proposed and planned applications and features for SocialTwist. You will also conduct ongoing research of web-based user interface development best practices.

You will be the point of contact for big brands customers and ensure that pre-flight checks, creative delivery, legal and compliance issues are taken care of.


  • Strong visualization skills, with specific expertise with web-based applications
  • Fluency with web standards and technologies including CSS and HTML
  • Knowledge of usability and coding practices for accessibility
  • Strong web graphics production capability and practioner experience with Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Illustrator
  • A very keen eye for design
  • A creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints
