The HR Manager reporting line would be directly to the C.E.O, and he/she
will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, promotion,
processes and effective implementation of policies.
Coordinate and manage the performance management. Support the business in achieving its key strategic objectives. Provide and support employee relations. Facilitate and conduct corporate training and development. Review and formulate Human Resource policies, processes, and procedures. Oversee the Administrative HR functions that includes managing PF, ESI, Gratuity. Coordinate and undertake Staffing needs analysis and manpower
planning for effective implementation of the recruitment and selection
policy. Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Qualifications and Requirements;
He/She must possess the following qualification suitable for the job;
Degree in Human Resources Management/Development/Micro finance. Good Computer and presentation skills. At least 3 years experience in a similar position. Deep industry knowledge in Labour laws and current HR business trends. Ability to proactively network with colleagues in the industry.
