Description

The HR Manager reporting line would be directly to the C.E.O, and he/she will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, promotion, processes and effective implementation of policies.

Responsibilities;

  • Coordinate and manage the performance management.
  • Support the business in achieving its key strategic objectives.
  • Provide and support employee relations.
  • Facilitate and conduct corporate training and development.
  • Review and formulate Human Resource policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Oversee the Administrative HR functions that includes managing PF, ESI, Gratuity.
  • Coordinate and undertake Staffing needs analysis and manpower planning for effective implementation of the recruitment and selection policy.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements;

He/She must possess the following qualification suitable for the job;
  •  Degree in Human Resources Management/Development/Micro finance.
  • Good Computer and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Deep industry knowledge in Labour laws and current HR business trends.
  • Ability to proactively network with colleagues in the industry.
