Company Profile: Mirraw.com is an ecommerce marketplace for ethnic wear for women. Started in 2011, the company is growing fast and expanding its user base and product offerings are a fast pace. The vision is to become the marketleader in ethnic traditional wear in the domestic and global market. 

Job Profile:  We require an Operations Manager to manage end to end after sales operations. Once the customer has placed an order, the ball is in your court to provide timely delivery to the customer and to ensure any service issue generated is resolved in a timely and customer beneficial fashion. Our entire company is customer driven and hence we expect the Operations Manager to manage both the front end and back end operations of the company to have a customer driven problem solving approach. 

 

Responsibilities

  • - Managing a team of Customer Support Executives, Logistics and Backend Operations team. 
  • - Completely responsible for all after sale operations 
  • - Customer service division includes incoming phone support, email support, chat support. Logistics division includes order fulfilment via direct dispatches and vendor pickups. 
  • - Meet company SLAs to customers in terms of shipment delivery time, customer response time, phone availability etc. 
  • - Plan for scale and build strong foundations for company growth



Timings:

9:45 am to 7pm 

CTC: 3- 5 L depending on experience and skill set

  • - Ability to deliver quality customer service and driving customer centric operations
  • - Capable of driving process improvements 
  • - Focus on optimized solutions to problems
  • - Ability to measure and increase efficiency of any team/process 
  • - Ability to work cross function across Customer Service, Operations, Logistics
  • - Getting work delivered by the team and meeting targets
  • - Great interpersonal skills and team motivation ability 
  • - Maintaining high Individual performance standards and leading the team
  • - Capable of managing large teams

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations required. 
  • Experience in operations management, customer service is required. 
  • Experience in ecommerce industry is a plus
