1. Cold-calling by telephone, identifying and contacting numerous potential clients daily.
2. Explain product or service and prices, and answer questions from existing customers.
3. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
4. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
5. Managing a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow up dates or other action required.
6. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
7. Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
1. Good communication skills
2. Fluent in English and Hindi ( Mandatory )
4. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
