You are expected to be highly innovative, deal well with ambiguous problems and build systems that form the company's foundation. You will develop and own software and systems that drive billions of dollars in attributed sales. As a key member of the engineering team, you will contribute to all aspects of the software life cycle: design, implementation, testing, and experimentation. You will play a big role in shaping the culture and core principles at the company. You will be instrumental in taking the company from its nascent stages to a multi-million dollar worth company.

? A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field with strong fundamentals.
? Experience in ruby, rail, ruby on rails, plugins, gems, mysql, RESTful
? Passionate, creative, flexible and self-motivated
? Must love hard problems, and solve them with clean and reliable code
? A strong product focus
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Experience wearing multiple hats at a startup
? Knowledge of shell scripting
