Customer Development Specialist for a SaaS startup

We are a well funded, thriving young startup with a product we think is amazing, that will help change the way people buy online. We’ve just begun or sales effort and we are looking for a passionate Sales Intern/Associate who will help expand our reach globally. We are based out of the US and have a development office in Bangalore. This position is for our Bangalore office.
Identify, qualify and engage potential customers over email, phone and social media.
Customise and present demos to customers (mainly in the US) based on their needs.
Help customers map their usecases to the product and get the most out of it. (Consulting)
Follow up with prospects until the loop is closed.
Answer any support questions customers might have on email and phone. We are quite proud of our quick turnaround time on support
What will make you a good fit
You write and speak english articulately.
An ability to learn what the product does and then map that to solve customer problems
You can quickly spot and understand a prospect’s needs.
A general understanding of the startup space.
Experience or extreme interest in sales for internet startups.
You can be flexible on end time.
You are generally amiable. :)
