  • Shift Managers are the first point of interaction with customers at Printo. They are responsible for greeting customers and understanding their print requirements.
  • Meeting potential customers to bag big orders.
  • Team management and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining high customer service levels and addressing customer and team grievances.
  • Managing cash and payments and sales reports


  • About 1 to 2 years of retail experience. Should have reached a Team Lead level in a retail business or should show the potential of guiding a team.
  • Experience in B2C and market development.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.
  • Customer facing experience – either face-to-face or on the phone.
  • Team management experience.
  • Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.
