Description

Purpose-: To provide a high level of customer service and increase sales at Thrillophilia.

Key Accountabilities:-

 To work in retail sales and to sell travel related services to direct clients by email or telephone or online.

To provide an excellent quality of service to attract and retain customers, also provide assistance to the online team when required.

Maintain the level of customer service consistent with the positioning of Thrillophilia.

 Candidate will be responsible for talking to clients with travel requirements, making an itinerary and quotation, and discussing final details. He will negotiate prices with hotels.

 Attending inbound travel related queries through calls, emails and online chats.

 Ensure a minimum of 20% of all inquiries are converted into bookings by quick, detailed and accurate response to inquiries.

 Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional customer service.

 Inform clearly all customers of terms, conditions and cancellation policy for search booking.

 Handle all sales & post sales query, Domestic & Inbound tour package booking.

 Candidate will be involved with Clients interactions & meetings.
