You are continually redefining your understanding of the user experience specifically in regard to how people interact with their devices and each other.
Transform design and visions into reality making the complex into something simple and easy to navigate.
Create and develop user experience story boards incorporating the core message and value to the end user.
Establish a community who are inspired to design incredible user experiences.
Research and learn about emerging technologies and vehicles for improving UX / UI.
Be at the forefront of design and conceptual changes within the industry and in a position to take advantage of these changes and developments as they are happening.
Work with others to help to collaborate and build the best UX possible Skills and Experience
We do not anticipate anyone with less than 3 years experience in UX / UI will be successful in this role.
Experience within a consumer software environment, preferably high traffic / high volume user interaction.
Solid ability to communicate and collaborate.
Ability to present thoughts to small and large groups and design concepts to others and have them buy into your ideas through reasoning and logic
Expert with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Able to create lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes that can be shared
Believe and adhere to Agile and Lean processes within your daily routine
